Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified normal mouse IgG. After multiple immunizations, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. This fraction was immunoaffinity purified from an immunoabsorbant and conjugated to Fluoroscein Isothiocyanate.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline, 50% glycerol with 0.075% sodium azide.
