Source: Chickens were immunized with soy (Glycine max) flour protein extract. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the soy proteins immobilized on a solid support.
