Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.
Source: Chickens were immunized with purified recombinant protein A. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction purified. Antibodies were immunoaffinity-purified from a protein A agarose column.
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
