Source: Chickens were immunized with wheat (Triticum aestivum) flour protein extract. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using wheat gluten immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
