The FluA/FluB/SARS-CoV-2 system is a qualitative test that allows the identification and discrimination, by means of Real Time PCR, of the Matrix gene (M1) for FluA, of the non structural gene 2 (NS2) for FluB and of the N region (nucleocapsid phosphoprotein) for SARS-CoV-2 (CoV2). The Procedure allows the detection of the RNA target by means a one-step retro-amplification reaction in a microplate. The analysis of the results is made using a Real Time PCR analyzer instrument (thermal cycler integrated with a system for fluorescence detection).
