Description: S. japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase also known as GST, GenBank Accession No. AAB59203, a.a. 1-218(end), expressed in an E. coli expression system, MW=28 kDa. Glutathione S-transferase (GST) can be used as a control for GST-fusion tag proteins. It is found as a fusion tag in the commonly used pGEX vectors.
