Binding of 12(S)-HETE to GPR31 leads to the activation of ERK1/2 (MAPK3/MAPK1), MEK, and NF-κB pathways. The dysregulation of GPR31 has been implicated in diseases such as arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, and prostate cancer.{19754}
