Additional info: CD344 (Frizzled class receptor 4) is a G-protein coupled 7-TM protein, predominantly expressed in fetal neuronal progenitor cells, neuronal intestinal cells, as well as in the kidney, lung, brain, and liver. CD344 is important for regulation of cell polarity, proliferation, and tissue development. Defects in CD344 expression, or its mutation, lead e.g. to serious failures in retinal vascularization, defects in cerebellum, progressive hearing loss, or impaired corpora lutea formation and function.SpecificityThe mouse monoclonal antibody E11 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD35 (CR1), a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, B cells, folicular dendritic cells, erythrocytes, NK and T cell subsets, as well as e.g. on glomerulal podocytes.Application detailsFlow cytometry: Recommended dilution: 1-4 µg/ml
