Background: CD23 antigen is an integral membrane glycoprotein, Mr. 45 kdaltons The CD23 antigen is present on approximately all pre-B lymphocytes, plasma cells CD25 positive Ki-1 cells and HLA-DR. CD23 antigen is also expressed on Lymphoma, T Cell Lymphomas and B-CLLs. CD23 antigen is present on HodgkinÕs and Reed Sternberg cells).
