Clone: KAbB4
Background: Alx-4 is a transcriptional activation factor whose expression is restricted to sites of epithelial mesenchymal interactions. Alx-4 is a novel paired-likehomeodomain protein. Alx-4 is expressed on a variety of tissues including; osteoblast precursers, dermal papilla of hair and whisker follicles, dental papilla of teeth and mesenhymal cells.
Positive Control: Recombinant Alx-4 protein
Immunogen: Hybridoma produced by the fusion of splenocytes from BALB/c mice immunized with recombinant Alx-4 protein and mouse myeloma cells.
Purification Method: Protein A/G Chromatography
Concentration: See vial for concentration
Formulation: Provided as solution in phosphate buffered saline with 0.08% sodium azide
