Source: Uridine-5’-diphosphoglucose dehydrogenase isolated and purified from bovine liver. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Specificity: Affinity purified antibodies of polyclonal Rabbit antiSerum to uridine-5’- diphosphoglucose dehydrogenase from Bovine liver.
Formulation: Purified hyperimmune rabbit IgG antibodies lyophilised from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2), stabilized with dextran. No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity. No foreign protein added.
