Description: 5X Lysis Buffer 3 is specially formulated for use with select Phospho and Total THUNDER Cell Signaling Assay Kits. This lysis buffer is already provided in these kits, but can be ordered separately. The Lysis Buffer 3 requires to be supplemented with the THUNDER Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (100X) to ensure protection of proteins from dephosphorylation.
