Applications: Useful for studying protein binding and for screening small molecules and antibodies.

Assay Conditions: 100 nM of biotinylatedTIGIT was incubated for 1 hour with theindicated concentration of CD155 (Cat.#71181) in a 10 µl reaction in with TIGITAssay Buffer. Chelate Acceptor beads wereadded and incubated for 30 min. followed byStrep-donor beads for 30 min and alphacounts were read.

Description: Human T-cell immunoreceptorwith Ig and ITIM domains (TIGIT), alsoknown as V-set and immunoglobulindomain-containing protein 9 (VSIG9), andV-set and transmembrane domaincontainingprotein 3 (VSTM3), GenBankAccession No. NM_173799, a.a. 22-141fused to Fc region of human IgG1 andenzymatically biotinylated using AviTag™technology, expressed in a HEK293 cellexpression system. MW = 41.6 kDa(monomer). This protein runs at a higherMW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
