Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€
Encompassing Amino Acids: 871-1187(end)
Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: Assay was performed in Kinase buffer containing 0.2 mM DTT using Poly-(Glu4:Tyr)-biotin substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 mM ATP. Reaction was incubated at 30°C for 30 minutes. The amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).
