Products from BPS Bioscience require a minimum order value above 400€Encompassing Amino Acids: 1-1401
Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Assay Conditions: 0.5 µM of 3MeK27 H3 21-44[Biotin] is incubated for 1 hr incubation at RT with varying concentrations of UTX in 1x UTX Assay Buffer, then 5 uL of anti rabbit acceptor beads (1:250 dilution) + 5 uL of primary ab 6 (1:125 dilution) is added and incubated at RT for 30 min followed by 10 µL of streptavidin donor beads (1:125) for 30 min and alpha counts are read.
