Scientific Background: Z-Guggulsterine acts as a selective antagonist at farnesoid X receptors, and inhibits FXR transactivation. It is also a retinoic acid receptor (RAR) pathway inhibitor. Attenuates astrocyte-mediated neuroinflammation by inhibiting toll-like receptor 4 pathway.
