LNPs containing 306-O12B-3 localize to the liver after intravenous administration in mice. LNPs containing 306-O12B-3 in combination with other lipids encapsulating ASOs targeting the gene encoding proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin type 9 (PCSK9) decrease hepatic PCSK9 expression in mice.
