Specificity: Anti-CD120a In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (55R-170) recognizes an epitope on Mouse TNF RI.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background: Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily, member 1A, (TNFRI) also known as TNFRSF1A or CD120A is the principal receptor through which many of the pro-inflammatory activities of TNF-alpha are mediated. TNFRI contains a death domain through which it interacts with other death-domain proteins to promote cellular responses. It regulates immune and inflammatory responses.

Immunogen: Recombinant Mouse TNF RI Extracellular Domain.
