Specificity: Anti-H-2K In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (Y-3) recognizes/react with the mouse H-2Kb, H-2Kk, H-2Kq, H-2Kr, H-2ks and not H-2Kd MHC class I alloantigens.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution: This Y-3 monoclonal antibody is reported to react with the mouse H-2Kb, H-2Kk, H-2Kq, H-2Kr, H-2ksand not H-2Kd MHC class I alloantigens.
Immunogen: Con A stimulated spleen cells from BALB.B mice.
Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2 - 7.4, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
