Specificity: Anti-IFN alpha In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (TIF-3C5) recognizes an epitope on Mouse IFNalpha and binds specifically to murine IFNa species (IFN-alpha-A, -1, -4, -5, -11. and -13) and does not bind murine murine IFNg or IFNb.
Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Immunogen: Recombinant murine IFN alpha 5.
Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.
Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
