Background: Tumor necrosis factor receptor II (TNF-RII) is present on most cell types and is considered to play a prominent role in stimulation by TNF-alpha. TNFRII proteins are expressed by hematopoietic cells including macrophages, neutrophils, lymphocytes, thymocytes and mast cells. It is expressed by a variety of other cell types including endothelial cells, cardiac myocytes and prostate cells.
Immunogen: Purified Recombinant Mouse TNF R2.
Concentration: 1.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2 - 7.4, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.
