Applications: Useful for the study of protein-protein interactions and in vitro and in vivo protein function.

Description: Human B7-H7, also known as HHLA2, and HERV-H LTR-associating 2, GenBank Accession No. NM_007072, a.a. 23-344, with a C-terminal Avi-Tag fused with the Fc portion of Human IgG1, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. This protein is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-Tag™ technology. MW =66 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution.

Formulation: 8 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Genbank: NM_007072

Storage Stability: At least 6 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.

Tags: C-terminal Fc-Avi-Tag

Uniprot: Q9UM44

Warnings: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.

Biosafety Level: Not applicable (BSL-1)
