Description: The BRD2 (BD1+BD2) TR-FRET Assay Kit is designed to measure the inhibition ofBRD2 (BD1+BD2) binding to its substrate in a homogeneous 384 reaction format. ThisFRET-based assay requires no time-consuming washing steps, making it especiallysuitable for high throughput screening applications. The assay procedure isstraightforward and simple; a sample containing terbium-labeled donor, dye-labeledacceptor, BRD2, substrate, and an inhibitor is incubated for sixty minutes. Then, thefluorescence intensity is measured using a fluorescence reader.
Storage Stability: At least 12 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed. Kit components require different storage conditions. Be sure to store each component at the proper temperature upon arrival.
Supplied As: Kit comes in a convenient format with purified BRD2 protein, ligands, Tb donor, dye-labeled acceptor, assay buffer and microtiter plate to perform 384 reactions.
