Assay Conditions: The enzyme reaction was carried out for 1 hour at room temperature in a buffer containing 50 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 10 mM MgCl2, 1 mM EDTA, 0.01% BRIJ-35 and 200 µM of ATP. Substrate: 2 µM Tyr peptide 1 from Invitrogen.
