Assay Conditions: cMet was incubated with 2 µM substrate (Tyr2 peptide from Invitrogen) for 1 hour at 30%deg;C in a buffer containing 50 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 10 mM MgCl2, 1 mM EDTA, 0.01% BRIJ-35 and 200 µM ATP. Developer solution was added to reaction and reaction was stopped after 1 hour of incubation at room temperature.
