Encompassing Amino Acids: 19-379

Application: Useful as a positive control for Western blotting

Description: Human CD30, Fc fusion protein, with C-terminal Avi-Tag, Biotin-Labeled, also known as Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Superfamily Member 8, and TNFRSF8, GenBank Accession No. NM_001243.4, a.a. 19-379 expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system. MW = 67 kDa. This protein is fused at the C-terminus to the Fc region of human IgG1 and is enzymatically biotinylated using Avi-tag™ technology. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: 8 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.

Genbank: NM_001243.4

Storage Stability: At least 6 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Protein may be diluted to ≥ 100 µg/ml in PBS + glycerol and stored at -80°C.

Tags: C-terminal Fc fusion Avi-Tag, Biotin-Labeled
