MgCl₂can be used as the sample diluent when attempting to overcome inhibitory chelation effect. Examples of samples which chelate divalent cations include heparin and EDTA. MgCl₂may be used to prepare samples for any LAL assay. Contains <0.005 EU/ml endotoxin.
