Product Description: Frozen human CD3+ gamma delta T cell isolated via negative immunomagnetic separation technique from human leukopheresate collected in acid citrate dextrose, solution A (ACD-A). Leukopheresate comes from a healthy female donor aged between 18-66. Donors are screened and tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and C, HTLV I & II and Syphilis. CD3+ gamma delta T cell are cryopreserved in CryoStor® CS10 medium using a controlled rate freezing method. This product contains 1 million cells at a concentration of 1 million cells/mL with a post-thaw viability >90% and purity >85%. This product has been batch-tested negative for bacteria, Mycoplasma and Fungi by qPCR. These products are for use in Biomedical Research only.
