Format: Aqueous Buffer Solution
Formulation: BPS Immuno Selection Medium is formulated through BPS Immuno Culture Medium combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.--Growth Medium 10A (BPS Bioscience, #79835): Thaw Medium 10 with 400 µg/ml of Geneticin (Life technologies, #11811031) to ensure recombinant expression.--Thaw Medium 10 (BPS Bioscience, #79704): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1 MM Sodium pyruvate, 1 % Non-essential amino acids, 1 % Penicillin/streptomycin.
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
Warnings: Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
