Format: Aqueous buffer solution
Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.
Growth Medium 11A (BPS Bioscience #79977): Thaw Medium 10 plus and 700 µg/ml of Genecticin.
o Thaw Medium 11 (BPS Bioscience #79976): DMEM medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated FBS (Gibco #26140-079), 1% GlutaMAX (Gibco #35050-061), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
