Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Formulation: Growth Medium 14A (BPS Bioscience #78398): Alpha MEM supplemented with 12.5% Horse serum, 12.5% FBS, 0.2 mM i-inositol, and 0.02 mM Folic acid plus 0.5 µg/ml Puromycin.

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.  

Warnings: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
