Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.Optimized for use with: ADCC Bioassay Effector Cell - Mouse - Jurkat Recombinant Cell Line, (BPS #79733)
Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin.
Format: FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.Growth Medium 2G (BPS #79734): Thaw Medium 2 plus 1 mg/ml G418 and 2.5 µg/ml Puromycin (InvivoGen # ant-pr).Thaw Medium 2 (BPS #60184): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Purity: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
Warnings: Protect from light. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
