Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines. Optimized for use with: LAG3 / IL-2 Reporter - Jurkat Recombinant Cell Line (BPS# 79813)
Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin
Format: Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line. Growth Medium 2J (BPS Bioscience Cat# 79812): Thaw Medium 2 (BPS Bioscience Cat. #60184) plus 500 µg/ml of Geneticin and 1 µg/ml of Puromycin Dihydrochloride (Thermo Fisher #A1113803).Thaw Medium 2 (BPS Bioscience Cat. #60184): RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free
