Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.
Formulation: Growth Medium 2T (BPS Bioscience #78756): RPMI-1640 medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 100 µg/ml Hygromycin B, 1000 µg/mL Geneticin, and 0.25 µg/mL Puromycin.
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
