Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Formulation: BPS Growth Media is formulated through BPS Thaw Media combined with antibiotics for maintenance of selective markers in the stable cell line.Growth Medium 3E (BPS #79553): Thaw Medium 3 (BPS Bioscience #60186) plus 100 µg/ml of Hygromycin B.Thaw Medium 3 (BPS #60186): F-12K medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.

Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free.
