Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines. Follow the culturing instructions on the designated protocol.
Endotoxin Level: All lots are validated for low endotoxin levels (<1 EU/ml).
Format: Aqueous solution
Formulation: DMEM medium supplemented with 10% Calf Serum (CS) (Hyclone # SH30072.03), not FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin, 600 µg/ml of Geneticin.
Storage Stability: This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
