Endotoxin Level: All lots are validated for low endotoxin levels (<1 EU/ml).
Formulation: RPMI1640 medium (Life Technologies #A10491-01) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated FBS (Life Technologies #10082147), 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin (Hyclone, #SV30010.01), plus 1 µg/ml of Puromycin (Takara, #631306).
Storage Stability: This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
