Description: This liquid Maintenance Medium is a complete medium optimized to maintain BPS Bioscience's induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC)-derived cardiomyocytes.

Formulation: Maintenance Medium 17 (BPS Bioscience #78509):  RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 5% B-27™ Serum-free Supplement and 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Equilibrate the medium at room temperature before use. Do not pre-warm at 37°C. The medium may be shipped with dry ice and arrive frozen; this does not affect performance. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for one month after first thaw. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
