Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Formulation: Growth Medium 1W (BPS Bioscience #78854): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin 200 µg/ml of Geneticin, and 50 µg/ml of Hygromycin B.

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
