Formulation: Growth Medium 7A (BPS #79543): Thaw Medium 7 (BPS Bioscience, #60185) plus 1 mg/ml Geneticin®, G418 Sulfate.Thaw Medium 7 (BPS #60185): McCoy's 5A medium with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free.
