Description: TCellM™, Serum-Free medium is an optimized serum-free cell culture medium to cultivate primary T and CAR (chimeric-antigen receptor)-T cells.
Formulation: Contains Iscove's MDM, 2-Mercaptoethanol, insulin, and other supplements.
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. All components are low endotoxin.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at -20°C. After thaw at Room Temperature (RT) or overnight at 2-8°C (do not thaw above 37°C), media should be stored at 2-8°C up to one month. Alternatively, aliquots can be made at first thaw and stored at -20°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at -20°C, the product is stable for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
