Description: This liquid Cell Thawing Medium is optimized for thawing and plating select BPS Bioscience recombinant cell lines, including: • Cas9-expressing MDA-MB-231 cells (BPS Bioscience #78069)
Formulation: DMEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin, and 1X MEM Non-essential Amino Acids (Gibco, #11140050).
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
