Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.
Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified bovine serum albumin. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a solid phase immunoabsorbant.
Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2 with 0.075% sodium azide.
