Source: Chickens were immunized with EQKLISEEDL (C-MYC) conjugated to KLH. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the peptide immobilized on a solid support.
