Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified Binary Toxin, B subunit, purified from Clostridium difficile. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY purified. Anti-Clostridium difficile Binary Toxin, Subunit B was immunoaffinity purified using the immunogen immobilized on a solid support and conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.01% Thimerosal.
