Source: Chickens were immunized with highly purified human thyroglobulin. After multiple immunizations in Freund's adjuvant, eggs were collected and the IgY fraction prepared. The antibodies were immunoaffinity purified from a human thyroglobulin immunoabsorbant and conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.075% sodium azide.
