The conjugates are based on a proprietary method of polymerizing enzymes and attaching these polymers to antibodies. This allows a higher density of enzymes to access a target with minimal interference. The result is an excellent signal-to-noise-ratio in western blot detection. Use WestVision™ Peroxidase Polymer antibody conjugates when you need the sharpest signal and lowest background possible in western blot detection.

These products are helpful when your primary antibody is the same species as your specimen. The kits significantly reduce endogenous mouse or human Ig staining when applying the same species antibodies on mouse or human specimens

They are optimized for immunofluorescence applications.
Choosing an effective mounting medium is especially important for immunofluorescence imaging. Fluorophores are susceptible to photobleaching and fading from the imaging excitation light, handling, and during storage.

This non-aqueous medium has been specially developed for the application in combination with enzyme-linked substrates, like HRP or AP. Further, Vector Laboratories has perfected the formulation for this mounting medium: the laborious steps of dehydration with ethanol and xylol have been replaced with a simple intermediate step in isopropanol. Nevertheless, VectaMount Express is protecting the covered sample for at least 6 months at room temperature.
