Background: Dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP4), also known as adenosine deaminasecomplexing protein 2, is a serine exopeptidase that cleaves X-proline dipeptides from theN-terminus of polypeptides. DPP4 plays a key role in glucose metabolism, immuneregulation, signal transduction and apoptosis.

Description: Human DPP4 (GenBank Accession No. NM_001935), a.a. 29-end with C-terminal His-tag, MW=89.1 kDa, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.
