Formulation: Growth Medium 1S (BPS Bioscience #78221): Thaw Medium 1 (BPS Bioscience # 60187) plus 200 µg/ml of Hygromycin B and 5 µg/ml Blasticidin (Invivogen, #ant-bl-1) to ensure recombinant expression.Thaw Medium 1 (BPS Bioscience #60187): MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate, 1% Penicillin/ Streptomycin.
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2µm) and Mycoplasma-free. Each lot is tested for growth of recombinant cells. All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.
