Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture select BPS Bioscience cell lines. Follow the culturing instructions on the designated protocol.Optimized for use with: GITR/NF-κB Luciferase Reporter (Luc) - Jurkat Cell Line #60546
Endotoxin Level: All lots are validated for low endotoxin levels (<1 EU/ml).
Formulation: RPMI 1640 Medium (Thermo Fisher Cat. #11875093), with 10% FBS, 1XPenicillin/ Streptomycin, 100 µg/ml Hygromycin and 1 mg/ml G418.
Storage Stability: This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.
